I wanted to increase my giveaway limit, but the support doesn't answer after 12 hours.
Can it be like that because I was reporting like 20 players in one day? Few of those reports are not answered too, so maybe I'm ignored?

They're overwhelmed with tickets because of the holiday season I assume.

Support is working hard to respond to all tickets, but there are not enough support members. Just be patient. It will take some time, maybe even a week or so.

As others have said, there are not enough support members and a lot of tickets. It will take time. Don't forget that they're all volunteers and that they probably also want to celebrate the holidays with their family and friends.
