August 2020 Humble Choice Region Lock what does it mean?

I am a new humble user and planning to create some giveaways from Humble Monthly Subscription but I don't how region lock works. Let's take an example of Genesis Alpha One Deluxe Edition. These are listed on this discussion here- https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/i19I3/humble-bundle-august-2020-humble-choice-9-classic-and-premium-subs-get-all-12-choices

So, My question is will the Game Key works in all above countries listed on Steamdb from Africa+ME , Asia , South America, RUS/CIS, ROW? or If I purchasing key in Asia region then the key only works in countries listed under Asia Region?

The key will only work in the region it is purchased.

I am from Asia Region but the name of my country is also listed on ROW key? So will it gonna work in other ROW area?

Is your country listed in both lists or just in the ROW list?
Edit: If it is in both, I would assume your key is locked to Asia.
