But I mean games with heavy RPG elements and skill strategy. So no Skyrim, or Diablo. Pretty much cRPGs

These are generic, you need to be specific for what i like, action-rpg, third person, action-adventure, or whatever.
Example: The long dark what genre it is? simple... the half vote options + survival+ atmospheric+exproration+open world+++

Well, maybe in the past these genres you've listed were more straight-forward and adhere to a specific type of gameplay but this is no longer the case. For example you got MOBAs that combines elements of RTS, action and RPG together (with tower defense). Adventure games that were called Quests and used only point & click have been integrated into MMOs and RPG like skyrim - you still have a story-rich game, goals and a general defined way of solving the quest but now it's more action oriented (as a sidenote: I believe this development almost made classic P&C quests obsolete but fortunately the genre made a comeback and is alive and kicking).

tl:dr - most games today combines different mechanics/elements from several genres, so this list could work in 90's but now is outdated.
