you can do a backup of the games, then restore them in the other PC, but you will need to have steam installed/logged in the second pc, because the backup/restore is a function of steam (the program).
For that you can use your phone as a hotspot for the login, but i think you will not need to download anything

Basically i will be going out of town for couple days , so i was curious if there is any way to install bunch of the shitty RPG Maker games i have piled up on the pc i should be using for work there >.>
Problem is there is no internet there ...
Obviously already tried to find a torrent of them ( dont judge ) but they are so bad appearently that there are no torrents for them on piratebay >.>
So yeah ... any help is welcomed :)

I suggest to everyone who have that issue in future and stumble upon this topic to check THIS list Credit to Saucisse and MANotorer .
Also check if the game does add a steam_api file when installed , since it seems all games that does not do that just run without starting steam ... so basically once you install them you dont need steam .
