This isn't an official reseller, so it is grey market. And as such, it isn't allowed to mention these shops here on SG.
I don't doubt that you want to be friendly and share a good price, but don't let it see the mods. ;)

Yeah, it's cheaper. But there is also a lot of risk. And it's epic, which most of the people dislike here anyway. (for me it's okay)

Also every Key Site is someone who is selling keys and there is alot of people posting them here when they find a cheap key i think its allowed

These keys come from official resellers like Fanatical, HumbleBundle, Indiegala and so on. These Resellers work together with the devs and publishers.
These Resellers on the site you mentioned are private persons like you and me. Mo one knows where they got their keys. If you are unlucky, these keys come frome credit card fraud or such things and get revoked.

So, a site that allows anybody to resell keys. That's grey market. Hard pass and added to personal blacklist notes.
EDIT: Also worth noting, this "seller" has no sales history or rating. That's a scam waiting to happen if one DOES use that site.

Unless the buyer marks the sale as complete, it was a bot-facilitated sale from a throwaway scam account, it's been three days or Gameflip denies evidence for whatever reason they deem fit. Plus Gameflip doxxes the user requesting a refund. So, yeah, that's not shady at all.
