I'll start with these 2 games I was going to play anyway. One of them is a Playing Appreciated win that's 12 days old and not yet started, ooops! ε=ε=ε=ヾ(* ●Д●)ﾉ゛
I'll explain why these 2 should fit into the theme and if you don't agree, you can safely delete them from the website, I'll find something else then, after I finish these two.
Snow White Solitaire. Charmed Kingdom is a solitaire game. It has the Adventure tag on Steam, but I'm reluctant to call it an adventure. On the other hand, I have no problem calling it a 2D game. I think that's not the original intention of the 2D games category here, but this game definitely doesn't have 3D graphics, and there's no other option except 2D left (well, 1D games could exist theoretically, but I'm not familiar with any. As for 4D games, we don't have the necessary perception mechanisms in the brain so any legit 4D game would seem like a weird 3D game to us.)
Niche - a genetics survival game is a simulation/strategy/education game. It does have both Family Friendly and Adventure tags on Steam, but these are not among the most popular tags and can be seen only in the long "Popular user-defined tags for this product" list on the left of the "VIEW AND EDIT TAGS FOR THIS PRODUCT" menu after you click on "+". I think the game also has kind-of cartoony graphics and might have fit into the Cartoon category if it's stretched enough. Anyway, I'm adding it as a Family Friendly game and not simply because of the not-so-popular Steam tag. Children need good education more than almost anything else. (Well, children do need love more than education, but good education is much more rare than love so I feel the overall need for good education is probably stronger). And educational games are the best kind of education any child can have. So I think that any educational game that doesn't have any overt non-family-friendly aspects can and should be counted as a Family Friendly game.

Very nice theme for the month, but I found myself lacking in games that would fit the challenge. Hmm, unless teenagers would count for the child protagonist since I do have few of those... I'd be glad to take suggestions on what to play during the month if anyone is feeling bored enough!

What you could do in the dlc case, go to steam and look up the steam ID of the game ans use this to find the game on the page. It's what I've done.

Thanks for the suggestion. Looking into the most appropriate option to remove the DLC right now. ETA is Monday, to at least get rid of most DLC as you should never even be in the position where you need to select the DLC anyways.

Can I kinda re-suggest theme? I liked "Summer In The City", but wanted to add some extensions + August is still very hot month in some countries, so..
"Summer not ended yet!" (not sure about correct grammar in this short sentence, sorryyy):
games playing in usually warm areas like beaches, sport games, Bike/BMX/Parkour/Skateboard etc. games, i think boxing and soccer fits too

I've "played" all my SG wins but among my unfinished ones is they bleed pixels so a theme centered around difficult games or games that have laborious grinding or maybe games you find difficult for other reasons (horror for scaredy cats?) might be a good incentive to get around to them.

It seems that almost all achievements people got today are included in the "Stats before the start of the event".
But there are exceptions. Maybe it's counted correctly if people have entered their existing achievement count manually?
EDIT: OK, I'm stupid. It seems everyone has really gotten the achievements earlier. Except me in Niche - a genetics survival game. So it seems the issue is only with me and this game.

There seems to be a bit of a problem with sync.
I added the game to the event page "http://pagywosg.xyz/events/1" and played right away.
However, because of the time it took for the page to sync with the steam, what I played during that time was played before the start of the event.
This is my achievements, "https://steamcommunity.com/id/cemitpes/stats/appid/337820/achievements".
As you can see, I obviously played after the start of the event.
But the event page shows that I unlocked 2 achievements before the event, "https://imgur.com/jGmsg6P".
It will be possible to distinguish whether or not you played before the event based on a fixed date rather than after adding the game.
