Hi, Mouse! Hi, Beer! I completed recently one game that doesn't have achievements, so I changed status on the site and added imgur urls in the notes. But I didn't figure out how to take normal, steam screenshots — my usual F12 doesn't work in this game. So I hope screenshots with my steam acc on the back are okay..

I've completed the silent age. I've edited my play stats removed them after readling FAQ once again and marked it "beaten" thinking that's what I was supposed to do. Correct me if I did something wrong. Can I participate with another game again this month? I want to clear my back log as much as possible while I have some free time.

What you did is fine. I will check it and approve that it was indeed played once i get home from work. Yes you can play as many games as you wish :) Broforce works, you can submit it under either one of those categories.

PSA to anyone planing to use the website: the server host is having issues and the site will be down till they get resolved (couple of hours max I would guess).
EDIT: While officially the issues haven't been resolved yet, everything seems to be working normally again so the site is back up. If you encounter any more issues go complain to my server host ;D no, actually tell me if there is something wrong so I can take a look at it and see what is wrong

I'd have to check how Steam openID works and then look at the website src, but have you tried turning it on and off again? j/k

My best guess something somewhere is wrong with Cloudflare settings (I been playing around with them for the past hour and nothing), because nothing has been changed in the code and it was restored to a point where it was working fine and there should not be anything else influencing how the site works (yes, I cleared the cache multiple times as well).

I've been looking through my browser logs but don't really see anything wrong there, so yeah you might be right. Can't help you with Cloudflare though, so hopefully it'll resolve itself with time or somebody who's familiar with cloudflare comes along
One unrelated suggestion I have though is to put an actual expiration date on the PHPSESSID cookie, then users don't have to log in as much. (unless theres a reason for it being Session only ofcourse)

I will leave it be through the night (going to sleep in 5 minutes) and through the day while I am at work and I hope it will work by then. I tried to remove cloudflare from the site and add it again but the fucker remembers all the settings from before... :/

Okay, I actually played games other than RE2. Something that did not happen since February.
So, I am trying to promise myself I'll finish the third Alicia Quartermain game this month as a realistic target. I just scratched off a time manager this weekend, so seems doable.

Ardiffaz already answered you why it is happening, but I will just add that if you ever see the playtime on the group site (or PA one as well) that is a tiny bit different from your playtime on your Steam profile then know that the one on the site is actually correct, because I don't know what the fuck Steam does with its rounding but sometimes it is just wrong. And yea the Steam API reports minutes so it is right (except for the playtime in the last 2 weeks for games that were removed from the Store, but that is a whole other story).

yeah wasn't that big of a problem anyway was more curious on what happened but that explanation for it makes sense. Plus I get it. I've had games before at for example 4.8 then you go on my profile and it just says 5 despite the fact I've clearly seen it say the actual rounded number before

As far as I can understand your issue: your playtime in leaderboard is not exactly the sum of playtimes shown in the table.
There is a reason for that: Steam saves playtime values in minutes, but we show them in hours (rounding up to 1 fractional digit).
So, the number in leaderboard is the sum of all minutes, then rounded.
The numbers in games table are already rounded to hours, so if you sum them up manually, it may differ a bit from the number in leaderboard.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear, I was thinking about nicknames in urls instead of index numbers, so it will be more human readable. Like in steam or SG urls.
And what for event url — 1 in https://pagywosg.xyz/events/1 make sense, because event is the fist indeed, but maybe smth like https://pagywosg.xyz/events/01-through_the_eyes_of_a_child or https://pagywosg.xyz/events/event1-June2019. Not very pretty, but my imagination doesn't give me more options

Well. Event links can be transformed into something like pagywosg.xyz/events/1/through-the-eyes-of-a-child, but the current ones (pagywosg.xyz/events/1) will work too, with the same logic as on SG: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/GGIZ7/some-random-stuff will be redirected to this thread, even though its name is not "some random stuff" :)
With users, it's a bit harder. We can't use Steam usernames, cause they can contain not very URL-friendly symbols, for example emojis. And SG usernames are synced once in a while, so the situation is possible when someone just logged in for the first time, and the site did not sync their SG name yet, so they don't have it in the database.
But well, we will look into this, maybe some easy solution exists, that I can't think of right now, at 1.30 a.m. :D

Sync.. So maybe "username" from custom steam url if user settled it in their settings? Yours will be /user/ardiffaz, not /user/76561198071848932. It's kinda prettier. For those who doesn't settled it — yes, just simple steamID number. Sorry, if you already had it in mind when said about "possibility to check user profile via user steamID" earlier :D

as long as it's started and finished this month (with few exceptions like only a bit played before) it's normally allowed. So since you did it for pa it will definitely count as long as it fits with the theme which it does as adventure

No worries, with all the scams going around it is completely understandable. It uses Steam OpenID (under Steam OpenID Provider), where when you click on the login it redirects you to the Steam login page (if you are already logged in on Steam in your browser you won't even have to use your Steam details, you would only have to click on "login") and once you enter your data Steam checks if the username and password match and if it does Steam tells the site "hey, the person who logged in is the person with XY profile, for example 76561198063952731 which is mine -> https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198063952731). Sites like: Steamgifts, PlayingAppreciated, Steamdb, Protondb,... all use the same exact system.
This is the most simple explanation I can possibly give, if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

It auto updates whenever I login into the server and make it update (usually everyday when I get home from work). I have a job set up that is supposed to run an update by itself but it is not working right now and I haven't got around fixing it yet.
