Be mindful of * 15% CV for levelling
and ** for no CV that is no levelling..
Also if you are giving away games on Steam be mindful of regional price differences that prevent some gifts.

The points are earned Automatically over time . The more giveaways people create the more points you earn . So there is really nothing you can do to speed it up other then check frequently enough. The maximum amount of points you can have is 400.

As for Level up you need to create giveaways . But make sure you read carefully about the game you plan to giveaway .

Games that have been in a bundle have reduced value towards your level ups , and games that ware given for free on on 90% discount or more give you 0 Contribution .

Everyone on the site gets 6 points every 15 minutes. You will stop getting points if you have at least 400 on your account. You can have over 400 points if some are refunded back to your account for various reasons such as someone deleting a giveaway that you were entered in or you removing yourself from a giveaway.

You increase your level by buying games and giving them away here. You will not gain levels for games that have ever been given away for free in the past. You will get 15% of the full value if the game has been discounted by about 95% or more in the past.

I want to advice that you set a minimum level for your GAs, i recommend min. level 2, because each one that gave one, not free, game is, at least, level 1.
Easy solution to hold the worst rulesbreakers, win resellers, autojoiner user and bots outside (40% of the level 0 accounts have infractions for unactivated or multiple wins + the ammount of used autojoiners are much more as in higher levels).
And besides that it lowers the cases of problems with your winners.

Scroll down to the bottom and look at the "per level" info and you see 970k are level 0, only around 165k have a level, 113k of them are level 1. So around 15% of the members from sg gave something and only 4% gave more as 5 games.

tldr, level can be achieved by GIVING steam games only. be mindful of region locked game though, you should make region lock giveaway to accomodate that

btw for each giveaway they had difference in point for levelling up. free games gets you NOTHING, bundled games just a fraction, only non bundled one had full points for levelling

points (to enter giveaway) is regenerated over time, max is 400. it's better to spend it whenever you can since it's free (at least twice a day) it's free anyway

and lastly, you should install ESGST for better experience using steamgift
