i normal user here (just gamer) not expert so wait better people explain to you better
but for what i see...
in page https://www.sgtools.info/sent/RePlayBe
you can see you give away some "Bundled" games, these in global SG contributor value can have "reduced value" or "0 value" it depend by the game, you can check in that page.
you also is Level 2
Level 2 is from $25 to $50
https://www.steamgifts.com/about/faq
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/XaCbA/list-of-all-cv-levels-and-their-corresponding-real-cv
From 25 to 50 is 24,99
$85/24,99=34.40 so why you get 35 value.
you can calculate how much it give to you in this way divide price of game \ with interval between levels
Example:
if price of a game on steam (usa) is $24,99
and your Level is 2
interval between level 2 and level 3 is = 24,99 (25,01 to 50) or ( 50-25,01) =24,99
So for calculate how much you will get you can do
price of game 24,99
divide finterval between level 24,99
so 24,99/24,99
Result = 1
so game will give you 1.00 contributor level point
BUT if you is at level 5:
level 5 to level 6 is $250.01-$500,
interval is $249.9 in Contributor Value
so 24.99/249.9
you will get around 0.10 Contributor Level point instead of 1
So level 2 you get 1 point,level 5 you get 0.10 etc.
in page https://www.steamgifts.com/stats/personal/community
you go down 4 times\fourth row "contributor level" if you put mouse cursor on line, you can see how much CV you earn with latests giveaways
And yes if u giveaway game multiple groups,in the groups value of game it's splitted, example you give away game value 20$,you get 10$ one group 10$ other group (at level 1)
About 0.3 i don't know too (i hope someone reply you so i learn it too),
i think maybe is related to "Reduced value" games or i don't know...just my stupid idea https://www.steamgifts.com/about/faq
Entries matter if you care Global SG GV stat,
because if not enough entry then giveaway don't give gv to you
entries not matter if you care only game $ value in a group stat

As iTA mentioned above, it is a good idea to read the FAQ if you haven't yet. It gives a breakdown of how Contributor Value is affected (depending on if a game has full value or not):
Games fall into one of the below three categories.
.
- No Value:
No contributor value when given away after the effective date.- Reduced Value
15% contributor value when given away after the effective date.- Full Value
100% contributor value when given away.
.
If you visit your profile, you can see a breakdown of your previous giveaways. If you hover over the "Gifts Sent" number on your profile, you'll see the number of gifts you have given away in each category.
.
For example, you give away three games. Game A is $10.00 and it has no value. Game B is $20.00, and it has reduced value. Game C is $50.00 on Steam, and it has full value. Once your giveaways have ended and the gifts have been received by their winners, you will see the updated values on your profile. In this case, you would see "Gifts Sent: 3 ($80.00)". This would show that you have successfully given away 3 gifts, and their current list price on Steam is $80.00 in total. If you hover over the number of gifts, you would see you have one "No Value" gift, one "Reduced Value", and one "Full Value". If you hover over the dollar value, you would see you have a contributor value of $53. It would be calculated as 0% of the gift with no value (0 x $10.00 = $0.00) + 15% of the gift with reduced value (0.15 x $20.00 = $3.00) + 100% of the gift with full value ($50.00).

All of which, afaik, unfortunately is not taken into account for calculating group stats : (
to the best of my knowledge only regular/full value CV is used, which can lead to problems keeping up your ratio in some groups ..
e.g.: let´s say a group allows you to win more than you give, be it 2:1, 10:1 or whatever, but you shouldn´t fall under a certain CV -
you cannot keep up by giving away Full Value games, while winning Reduced Value games, because in my experience group ratio will always be calculated with plain CV instead of Real CV !!

It seems that the space translator did not understand the intent of the question well.
However, the premise of the story seems to be the use of such a function.

I was wondering how the user stats within a group are calculated.
Does the number of entries matter for it to count to the group stats? I know that CV doesn't count in group GAs if you get less than 5 entries. But does it matter for the user stats? What if your giveaway gets no entries?
Next question has been answered below. :)
I saw that value does not correspond 1:1 to the US price? Or does it depend on how many groups a giveaway is shared with?
And what about gift difference? How do you get 0.3 of a game??
For example for the Playing Appreciated group I gave away 6 games so far (shared with other groups as well). According to stats I gave 2.3 games.
Those 6 games have a total MSRP of $85. My value is $35 in the stats.
Edit: it looks like DarkRainX is correct. Value and gift count is simply calculated by dividing with the number of groups the GA is shared with.
That still leaves the question if the number of entries matters for a GA to be counted in the statistics. :)
