Puzzle games similiar to Safecracker?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some games that are similar to Safecracker. I absolutely loved this game and it reminded me of some of the puzzles in Machinarium, which I also enjoyed. Bonus points if the games are on steam. I might actually have some in my library and just don't know that they are like that.
