You still have a week as per the rules for the giver to send the game and the receiver to accept it and leave feedback. I had someone who won wait four days before they followed through. It happens. If they leave negative feedback or ignore you for longer than seven days, you gather what proof you have and you report them to the admins.

Next time send it through Steam chat when winner is online. Once he activates, ask that he check received on SG. If he doesn't, screen capture the chat box and use as proof when contacting support. All the evidence will be for you and against him.
