Question about Binding of Isaac

its a remake/update.

rebirth has imo better graphic more smoth and new heroes. other than that its the same (if u have collection) collection does not include rebirth . its isaac and dlc and soundtract. i was waiting for this sale jsut bcoz of it. but im dissapointed only 33 off : / thou ill stick just with base and dlc cause its good too (played both)

Variosu tweaks/etc and more content compared to the collection, but if you'd rather wait for a cheaper price, that's understandable, though it might take waiting until next year.

You did good buying the original. It's better imo. Not technically (in technical terms), but is more fun to play.

rebirth isnt worth it imo

Piece of advice: deactivate the wrath of lamb DLC until you make a good ways into the vanilla version as having it active might put you into one of the "alternate" levels (which tend to be more difficult)

Rebirth in contrast has you unlock them.

Rebirth is a remake with none of the bugs, no flash engine, 60fps, double the content and more.
Just skip the first one unless you just want to drop cards, and take Rebirth, it's a masterpiece.

just practice with the old isaac game :) by the time you're close to 100%-ing it then Rebirth might have a better discount for you, you'll find it easier with the experience you've gained while playing ;)

"The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" better imo

Rebirth is basically the same game as the original but with a few differences like everyone has mentioned so far, but apparently the "real" reason for releasing Rebirth is that the dev didn't like the graphics in the original release so he had it all taken back to his original graphics, or something like that

Rebirth is definitely better, but if you want to try the original you should definitely try it out first. Then Rebirth.
