At least when loaded in the US, it's the same URL without the "ca." part of the subdomain.
But yeah, even in the US, it often loads a fully white page, so I'm not yet convinced that region is an issue (it might be, just can't tell yet).

It's not borken.. i am in USA.. and it first shown white page a couple time.. just close and click link again to try.. I was already permentaly loged into razor so when it finally loaded.. just click green exclusive offer.. then green grab coupon and the key will show up.

seems works better then default page.. just when click it.. at the certain there is a big screen that scroll left and right all the deal..
go to the one with the right game.. click the green exculive offer thing.. bring you to the shoping mage with this one in front.. click get coupan and it will be replaced with the key instead.
