Took about 20 minutes but I finally managed to get a key. Just gotta keep trying. Once you can get the deal page to load, click on the "Get Coupon" link and a dark window will pop up that will try to load an agreement that you need to accept. If it is just blank try clicking on the background to close the window and try again until it eventually works. Then you click on "Accept" and the window closes and it will give you a Steam key next to where the 'coupon' link was before. The key is in black text on a really dark gray background though so it's a bit hard to see.
edit: apparently it was hard to see because a background element behind it previously failed to load

If you are on IG you clicked in the wrong place. Make sure you click directly on the "Get Coupon" link on the Razer site.
