Your thougthts on State of Decay

Hi everyone,
So im going to build my own steammachine, and i was looking for some nice looking controller games.
I stopped at State of decay, which seems to be pretty cool, since I love open world and zombies :D

But im not totally sure if I should buy it. Maybe u can help me to answer some questions:
Playerbase?
Gameplay?
Difficulty?
