GAs for Risen & Firaxis bundles??

Usually when a new bundle comes out, especially one from Humble, there are floods of GAs for the games but it's been hours and I haven't seen any for any of the Risen games in the BundleStars bundle or anything from the Firaxis bundle. Is something broken? it's very odd!

Dunno about Risen; Firaxis isn't getting lots of GAs because there is only one key per tier.

It even has Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth in the bundle. :( Why couldn't they give multiple keys about the games? :(

Why? Why do they care about that? If someone buys the bundle, he can do whatever he wants with the games.

Risen bundle, aside from being expensive, have region restrictions which aren't supported by steamgifts (odd regions).

I'd have happily done some giveaways from the Bundle Stars Saints Row/Risen bundle - but I can't as SteamGifts won't let me do EU only giveaways and with the dumb region locks on that one I guess everyone else has the same problem.

Bundle Stars issue region locked keys if that are what the publisher gives them - same as everyone else but at least Bundle Stars are always honest and upfront about it. Deep Silver have issued keys with the same region locks through Indie Gala, etc so it isn't surprising - just disappointing...

It's a shame. I'm sure the intention is to put a stop to people sharing bundles and to sell more stuff. But if the Firaxis/Deep Silver bundles had individual keys and been ROW (for me in a supposedly rich country) I'd have bought them for the bits that I wanted and happily done giveaways with the rest. As it stands they are just too expensive for the few bits I'd be missing, and I can't help thinking a lot of people are going to be feeling the same way and will pass on these.

But there are obvious alternatives to buying these bundles that are clearly trying to extract the maximum money from stuff that has mostly already been bundled or given away for free, and hopefully market forces will prevail and the publishers will move forward accordingly. Or else gamers will be proven to be dumb cash cows. Yet again.

The risen bundle is not even a particularly good deal at 86% off. So anyone doing it for CV-farming won't get much out of it (and all the content counts as bundled due to previous bundles & sales).
