Hearts Of Irons New Player

Hi guys, So I have had Hearts of Irons 2 for a while now but I just recently downloaded and am planning to start playing it. I've looked at some videos online and it looks like an extremely complicated game. I've had experience with strategy games before (EU, Civ, Total War) but I feel like I might need some help with this one, does anyone know a link to a tutorial (vid or text) that could help me get started on this game?
