Why it won`t work

So i have a friend and he got http://steamcommunity.com/id/metamaniac/games?tab=all#1|10 this games, and his account is valued at $35 only, why?
Are the THQ Bundle games valued at $0?

EDIT for those who think that is my alt account:

I do have an alt account, but its called ManiaCX(1) and i only used it for TF2 AFK, you can see its on my friends list.I know this guy from here http://www.linkmania.ro/topic/411455-jocuri-gratuite-oferte-digitale-si-oferte-din-magazinele-noastre-giveaways/page-53#entry6644208 for who can read romainian, he got the nickname flamer.

And why the hell would i activate THQ Bundle on both accounts and play the games only on my alt account?
