What did you think of Battlefield 1 After watching the trailer?

It looks pretty interesting compared to BF3 or BF4. The "modern war" them was getting old, so hopefully this is an opportunity for something refreshing and new.

it's always the same: generic soldier dude does generic war things (shoot things, blow things, etc) until they win the war!!! would only buy these generic yearly FPS games if I were into multiplayer, since the singleplayer is basically the same old shit, no matter how many fancy actors they throw in (i'm looking at you, COD).

I liked the game play a lot, but I honestly did not like any of the characters in the 4th one, and from what I hear, the 3rd wasn't any better :/

So the new Battlefield Trailer released 2 days ago, and I literally watched it about 20 times in a row! I know, I defiantly am over hyping it, but I couldn't get enough (now I'm Done though XD). But I wanted to know your guy's thoughts/opinions on the Battlefield one campaign. Do you think it will do well, and bring in an epic story, or be like the other games in the franchise, and suck like BF4 and BF3? I personally have high hopes for it, and I think it will be awesome!
