This is his steamRep account http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198314923321

So what happened is that I was too kind and naive and he was a cheap scammer. He asked for my CS:GO inventory, which was worth 2$ XD. I stopped playing CS:GO so I didn't mind sending him my shitty inventory and I knew it was a scam but wanted to give it a try :p.

I recorded all the drama and I uploaded it on YouTube. Here is the video.
I just want him to get trade banned or something. Don't want him going around and scamming some naive people like me.
Where can I report him? Recorded Video will be of any help?
For me it's just 2$ but God knows who/how much he scammed before me and who is his next target.

You should remove a link to your video and the steamrep link to avoid a suspension. (I also thought he might be impersonating another SG user but it could just be they use the same avatar by coincidence).

"Use the appropriate avenues for support. If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum." link to Guidelines

In your case, you could submit a report to Steam/Valve.

Could i ask where the scam is? Since if he asks for your items and you give it to him than you agreed to it. so no scam.
I didnt watch the Video, if it is there explained.

Submit a report to Steamrep with all relevant information. You can report to Steam about it as well if you like. There is nothing we can do here since we are not involved in this situation, and the user in question is not a member of this site.

Best of luck to you.

I clicked on your video to realize it is 27 minutes. No one is going to watch this shit for seeing your drama about losing items worth $2, which you obviously gave away being aware that you won't get shit in return. What's your point at all?

Is it "calling out" since the guy is not a member of SG? It doesn't seem to like it should be since the guy has no connection to the site, and if the rule is to be extended to include talking about anyone anywhere you basically couldn't even say that your boss scammed you on your last paycheck or something like that because, thechnically, that too would be calling out xD
