Go here - http://www.sgtools.info/ and in the upper left, in the drop-down menu next to the Home button, select "Synchronize."
That might fix your issue.

Yeah, but steamgifts is not related to it. This is steamgifts forum, bugs/suggestions should be related to steamgifts. If problem is sgtools related one should ask for support at sgtools.

It's not fucking officially supported. Steamgifts does not give support service about sgtools. There is a developer for sgtools who is a member of steamgifts community.

I can make a giveaway even using my dick if i have written proper code. Steamgifts allows users to create private giveaways using sgtools restrictions. It does not mean steamgifts gives support for sgtools.

There was a GA a few days ago I couldn't enter because sgtools said I had either unactivated wins or a private profile. Both of which was bullshit.
Other sgtools checks for protected GAs worked fine at the same time.

Well from what I can see, it does appear to be an issue with sgtools. Company of Heroes 2 and Fallout New Vegas are both active on your account even though it says they're not. As I said, I had the same issue before, acted like I didn't activate the Darksiders Bundle, but after like 24 hours it corrected itself, so hopefully it will do the same for you. As for unactivated DLC, it does that to everyone, it's nothing to worry about, it won't stop you from entering anything. In the meantime, you could always comment on threads for sgtools giveaways, explaining the false positive to the creators, most will be understanding, look, see the error, and give you a link to bypass the check.

I am thinking is something related to a revoked keys. I have the suspect because I was at 665 games in my library just one before the milestone 666 :)))
I activated a win yesterday but I am stucked at 665. So how can I check if some keys I won wasnt legit?

It's not an issue of revoked keys. As I posted in another response to you, sgtools is incorrectly acting like Company of Heroes 2 and Fallout New Vegas aren't activated, but they both are. You'll just have to wait and see if the issue resolves itself like it did for me, or hope the creator of sgtools see's this post and manually corrects it. Honestly though, I'm sure it'll work out fine, it happens to plenty of people at some point in time.

I just checked, and sgtool says that you have no unactivated wins. See for yourself - nothing there except DLCs and known false-positives, which don't count against you because SGTools knows that the SteamAPI fails to report them as activated even if they are. So nothing to worry about.

Maybe you still have the faulty, pre-sync info cached, or I don't know. SGTools shows nothing problematic, you should be okay.
(And about SGTools / SGsupport - you can ask the community in the general section, or look up the SGTools topic and ask the creator about it there. Btw you didn't do any harm by putting it into bugs sections, this just doesn't belong there :) )

Hey guys. As title says. It's few hours that I receive this message from SGTools. Results is that I have Blacklisted by some ppl. But it's not my fault! How can I solve this? I activated all my wins, please check if it's as I said. I didnt understand what happen.
Maybe some revoked keys? How can I double check that? please help me!
