Final Fantasy VII on steam?

Just found that on steam cdr database : Clicky

(since angry birds was announce weeks ago on this site and it's availible now, there is no reason that it don't come )

But is it possible ?

Also, is there other games as good as FF7 that were found in this kind of site? (just discover so i wanna ask ^^)

I did hear they were supposed to re re release it on pc. Now if I could just get a copy of 12 to play on anything other then ps2. Its the only one I have really not played.

They did re-re-release it on the PC, with (crappy) achievements and support for newer operating systems. Whether or not it comes to Steam... I doubt it, but you never know. Square-Enix dabbles with Steam fairly regularly. I might even re-buy it if this new version shows up on Steam. I'd love to get all of the achievements (even if they are boring and lame).

As for FF12... look into PS2 emulation.

Final Fantasy VII and VIII have been in the Steam database for years.
Maybe they will come out on Steam one day.
Maybe Square Enix will see the light and release at least their Final Fantasy VII re-release on Steam instead of keeping it exclusive to their store.
Maybe they won't.
Just don't expect anything because Angry Birds and whatnot are in the registry and actually were released.
