How many games do you have in your wishlist?
I was talking about my hateful comments towards others, not the opposite. xD

Please don't barf here, I've just cleaned up. :P Thank ya. ;P

More than 500 games wishlisted, and they're all games that either I want to play, that my eldest wants to play, or games for my husband to play (we share the account - I'm not interested in having alts.)
Yes, great movie, but the follow-up is my FAVORITE!
I should answer your question, but I don't even know where to start since your library is not a good indicator.
Comment has been collapsed.
But 500 games are a lot. Even though the wishlist is not only for you, 500 games are too much. xD Well, just suggest me any good game with a storyline and that it's not an anime. ;P

Hmmm, Monkey Island is indeed a pretty good suggestion, so I'll think about it. Which Deus Ex? The first one? I don't really care about graphics and such, but it just doesn't look that appealing to me. I liked Human Revolution though. Already played VTMB. Really awesome. Pathologic looks nice. Anything you can tell me about it? System Shock 2 is also not that appealing to me. :(
Comment has been collapsed.
Oh, I wanted to know more about Pathologic, since it looks cool. :(

Soma: Already have it, doubt if I'll ever play it. xD
The Last Door: Why is it so pixelated? It's tiring for the eyes. xD
Black Mirror: Looks good. Anything you can tell me about it?
Dead Space: Already played them. ;)
Neverending Nightmares: Really nice suggestion. Can you tell me what did you think was good about it?
Layers of Fear: Are you sure that it has a storyline? Because I'm not really sure. o.O
Comment has been collapsed.
Sorry, Santa, but it doesn't look like it includes any storyline at all. :/

Crypt of the Necrodancer and Rogue Legacy :) First has groovy soundtrack with nice amount of different characters to choose from (after you unlock them of course! Every character offers unique gameplay style). Rogue Legacy offers really funny traits which make every child unique and make you change your playstyle almost every run. Both games are really cheap and keep you entertained for quite long.
582 games wishlisted... I plead quilty. I mostly use the list as a reminder of games which I'm interested and I haven't cleared it for ages...

Crypt of the Necrodancer: Doesn't look like it includes any storyline. o.O And I don't choose games for their soundtracks. :/ Brutal Legend had some really fine songs though. x)
Rogue Legacy: You sure it has a storyline? And what kind of storyline does it have?
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, if it doesn't include a storyline, then it's obviously not worth playing. xD

Thanks, man, I love reporting people that give away the answers. You'll be the 1st one if you don't edit your comment.
Comment has been collapsed.
Sorry, but I had to. It's pretty obvious that you must not give away the answers here, but people keep doing it in every puzzle of mine. And when I'm telling them kindly "Please, edit your comment", they don't give a damn about editing it. So, maybe, just maybe, I have to be mean so people will stop doing that - I don't really know. :/
Comment has been collapsed.
Doesn't change the fact that it was a pretty obvious hint. And even if the answer is easy, this doesn't mean you should write it here. Anyway, good luck, if you intend to participate. x)

Watch the second video for some idea. Basically you're trying to save your realm from a Vorn Viking invasion and find your lost king. There are also lots of small individual stores along the way which you can approach in different ways. Overtime your characters will gain personas which can affect their mental health. One thing I found quite interesting is that one of the currencies called "Dust" is basically cocaine which the Dwarves have gotten the Goblins addicted to.

Hmmm, compared to the Banner Saga, which do you think is better?
Comment has been collapsed.
I've yet to play Banner Saga, but I intend too. I can only assume Banner Saga would be better in many ways but quite different.
Comment has been collapsed.
Thing is, I didn't like Banner Saga, that's why I asked, since they look similar. I prefer a game that has more storyline, rather than action. xD

Of course I would have to suggest this:

Two of my favorite adventure games are "The Wolf Among Us"--something about this game, hits me in the feels--and "Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes". I see you've already played the latter, but I'll say it anyway for anyone else looking for a funny adventure game.
Comment has been collapsed.
Good choices, already played them both. x) I've played both of Edna games, since I really love Daedalic. But daaamnn, the first Edna game was too awesome. xO

How about Dreamfall: The Longest Journey or The Wolf Among Us?
Comment has been collapsed.
Already played the latter. Anything you can tell me about the 1st one? It looks decent.
Comment has been collapsed.
The original TLJ is, as its name suggest, a very long Point & Click / Visual Novel puzzle game. And it's very old (I remember playing it like 10 years ago or so). Dreamfall is the direct sequel. They say it is not as brilliant as the first, but still a good game. If you buy it, I suggest you play TLJ first for the lore. There's also a third game named Dreamfall Chapter if you come to like the first two.
Comment has been collapsed.
Weirdly enough, I already have the first TLJ, but I'm still not sure if I should play it.
Comment has been collapsed.
I only played Dreamfall: The Longest Journey and I bought TLJ after playing it because I am very curious about the previous story. I believe both of them are very good games. As faragona mentioned, if you are looking for a good story but less care about the graphics, either one won't let you down.
Comment has been collapsed.
Good choice, but I have already watched a full gameplay video of it. xD
Comment has been collapsed.
xD Heh, I doubt it has any kind of storyline at all. xD It's more like "go there and start pew-pew". xD Thanks for the suggestion though.
Comment has been collapsed.
destiny is a "go there and shoot" kind of game and i expected the same of the division but i was pleasantly surprised to find more. depends on how much story you want. if you're looking for something all story go for the walking dead, portal 2, or Alan wake. of you want some good RPG mixed in try dragon age, war in the north, or mass effect.
Comment has been collapsed.
I don't know. I've played the Division in the beta and I found it extremely boring. I want the game to have a lot of story. About your other suggestions:
Played it - I don't like it - Played it - I'm thinking of it - Doesn't look like I would like to play it - Played the whole trilogy. :P
Comment has been collapsed.
Already have the Mass Effect collection on Origin. Star Wars is probably a big nope, because games can't be as good as movies! :P I have Dragon Age, but it doesn't look that interesting. I want the storyline to be the bigger part of a game, not the action.
Comment has been collapsed.
No, Skyrim is completely different. Skyrim barely have any story at all.. :l
DA:O is kinda like the Mass Effect trilogy, but it focus even more on the story rather than the action and the choices you make matters a lot more than they did in ME, so I'd also recommend DA:O
DA2 doesn't have as good of a story though so you can completely skip that one imo

ever played spec ops: the line? one of the games I got most immersed to due to the story and all
probably my second favourite game in general honestly, even though the gameplay itself isn't anything special (also, it's a third person shooter)
Comment has been collapsed.
Already played it, but there wasn't that much of a storyline in it to make me like it. What's your first favorite game ever though?
Comment has been collapsed.
But I have played it already anyway. :P It was good though. Try playing I Am Alive too. You may like it. I liked it. ;P
Never played Oblivion. I prefer Skyrim. I know, sacrilege, but I prefer it. xD
Comment has been collapsed.
Have you played The Talos Principle? It's one of my favorite games from the past few years. I'd also really recommend Wolfenstein: The New Order which, contrary to what one might think, has a great story. The recent Tomb Raider games were also quite good. Far Cry: Blood Dragon's also a lot of fun. As was Ori and the Blind Forest
That enough? :p
Comment has been collapsed.
1) Does it have a storyline or is it only about riddles?
2) Played both of the new Wolfenstein games. Really awesome.
3) Played both of the new Tomb Raider games.
4) Played all Far Cry games, except Blood Dragon, because it looks like it's on drugs. xD I don't know, it looks really bad to me.
5) Ori is indeed a quite good suggestion. Why do you suggest it though? Does it have a quality storyline?
Comment has been collapsed.
1) It does have a storyline, although a kind of disjointed one. You kind of have to look for bits and pieces of the story for yourself. It's approached in a very original way though, which I really enjoyed. It also leans heavily on philosophy and tries to make you think about a bunch of stuff. It's probably not for everyone but I loved it
4) Well that's pretty much it, it's an 80's fulled Far Cry running on steroids! And it totally works! It's fairly short so it doesn't get annoying (which it probably would in the long run)
5) Ori's pretty much a perfect game as far as I'm concerned. The story's great and really emotional, the gameplay is stellar, the art style's beautiful and the soundtrack's amazing.

Well, at first, you have played Human Revolution, right? It included story, action, and stealth, even some nice decisions, altogether as a nice mixture. Now, about Mankind Divided, I've checked it out and it was like f*cking COD. I really thought for a moment that it was Call of Duty. A game with an incomplete and boring storyline, with the story being sold partly in each dlc, microtransactions included. A game that can only offer action, but nothing to offer in terms of storyline. If you're a COD fan, maybe you'll like it. I've tried it a bit with a friend, but I still regret it.

I only put games there that I really want - well, sometimes I find out they're bad though. xD
Comment has been collapsed.
I think we should watch a lot of gameplay videos of a game, before putting it into our wishlist. For example, Shadow Warrior 2 and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided were pathetic, in my opinion, but I had them in my wishlist, because I liked the previous games. :/ But yeah, I understand. x)

Game of Thrones RPG
http://store.steampowered.com/app/208730/
Has a nice storyline in my opinion :)
Comment has been collapsed.
Already played it. Decent, but The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead were better.
Comment has been collapsed.
Played it already, wasn't amazed. :P
About Tales from the Borderlands, there are some games, like this one and Minecraft Telltale, that I'm a bit prejudiced and can't believe that they can have a decent storyline or even any storyline at all, since the original games don't really have a storyline. xD
Comment has been collapsed.
Sure we're talking about the RPG still?
It's plot is insanely good, even if it takes a while to startup. Also great plottwist. And it has a large "what if" cutscene if you loose the final bossfight. I mean, what game does that? And why do I now want that in all my games and sorely miss it each and every time? :(
Comment has been collapsed.
Wait, what happens if you lose the final fight in GOT? xD

Hello. It's me, TheLuckyShamrock. You may remember me from my previous thread, where I was asking you (yes, you....specifically you....especially you!) to help me choose a game to buy from my wishlist. You were really helpful with your advices and, even though I didn't answer to everyone, I read everyone's comments. So, I decided to buy almost everything, as you can see in the link above. Others were bought as uplay games, others were played in a friend's pc and were removed from the list in that thread, others were really bad (like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - avoid it like the plague) and were removed from the list in that thread, and others were obviously bought on steam. Thing is that my wishlist now is smaller than the portions that they serve in most restaurants and it needs to get fat and chubby again! So, pretty please, help me find a game to put in my wishlist. I have played much more games than the ones you can find in my steam account, so checking my steam profile won't help you. Just tell me a good game that you think it's good and you personally liked, that's all. I mostly prefer adventure point and click games, but any suggestion is welcome. Just avoid suggesting me games without a storyline or anime games.
Also, here's a giveaway for my favorite horror game ever. The game's title starts with a "P" and ends with "ENUMBRA". :B The giveaway is behind a really easy puzzle. Don't worry, the giveaway has no restrictions at all, as always. Have fun!
