Buy several times a game on amazon.com as digital download?

Hello,
So I thinks the title is explicit. I wanna buy a game by digital DL (game requiring a steam activation) for me and a friend of mine who doesn't have any credit card...
Is that possible with the same account?

You will get 2 keys for the game/DLC in your games/software section.
