Either mark yourself down as not received (7 days from when you won it) or...contact the person who did the GA. I'd say the former option might be easier.

you can comment on his giveaway or on his comments in discussions. he will get message. but talking on Steam is recommended. may be he made mistake. may be he gave you wrong key and once you talk to him on Steam chat he wil lgive you right one

Happened to me too, just add the giveaway creator and explain this to them. If they can get another copy then good otherwise wait 7 days and mark as not received. Before adding maybe you can write a profile comment for them.

Mark as not received after 7 days...you dont have lost anything...points are free....nobody has to give you anything... or try to add the creator on Steam and ask for a working key....good advice: Read the FAQ....other advice: use the search function, you're not the first guy getting a used key...just live with it :)
