Help with 4:3 normal stretched CSGO

Hello guys,
i want to know if there is a way to completely stretch my screen on 1024x768. There is always a black line at the right side of the screen. Im on windows 10 and i have a nvidia gtx 750. Thanks for your time and help. I have tried going to the nvidia control panel and changin scaling to fullscreen but it has no effect.

I don't think it is possible to stretch it on the whole screen on that resolution with 4:3. The only way to stretch the screen on that resolution would be to use 16:10 (AFAIK)

i used to have it stretched on 4:3 but it doesnt work anymore
