Sorry my English is terrible.
I make a Giveaway Ended over 1 week ago. http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/Mx5k1/call-of-duty-black-ops-ii-european-flags-of-the-world-calling-card-pack
The Winner has marked the Gift as recieved but didnt take it.
I wrote him 2 Email´s everytime with the Gift but it is still in my Inventory.
What can i do now?

I wrote the Support but this is 4 day´s ago :(

I was in in a similar situation. I waited 10 days, because of the winner and waiting support answer also took some days. so, you have to wait or add him and give it by trade.
