I see your giveaway ended 14 hours ago. Just be patient.

If he doesn't answer your email, you could try adding him on Steam as a friend. If he doesn't respond to either, just request a re-roll in 7 days.

just wait 7 days and re-roll no need to make a fuss, if he doesnt reply it's his loss...

14h isn't a long time, time zones are different and he may not be online every single day either. Be patient.

Before I leave to never see your threads again after putting you on my ignore list (no harsh feelings), make sure you don't reopen a thread about your cv being capped at 30 after giving away X bundle games.

You know there is actually a way I figured out recently. But it only works if the guy didn't reject your friend request:

1. Login to you Steam account through the Steam Desktop Client.
2. Invite the guy to be your friend.
3. When he's online, open up your Friends list and scroll down to Invitations.
4. Open that and rick click on the guy and choose "Message"

I've done that a couple of times when the person didn't accept me. But remember it only works if the guy doesn't deny your friend invitation.

It's just been 15 hours. Wait a bit more, surely he'll reply to your email eventually.

I have the same problem but in contrary. I won a game, but the contributor didnt send me the gift. I tried to add him in steam, but he's always online. It has passed 7 days and nothing. What else can I do? Steam do not provide the e-mail of the user.

Think it took 2 days for one of my giveaways to get it to the winner, it happens sometimes
