7 days is the time you must wait before a reroll.

7 Days dude, read the rules! and no it isn't really normal people have claimed their prize like 1 or 2 days after my giveaways have ended but I've only done 3 and a half so yeah. Just give it 7 days then request a reroll :)

If the game was a key you shouldn't reroll since you can't assure the winner didn't use the key, and you might end with a not recieved. Next time try adding the guy on steam to make sure he recieved it.

When I give games I only send them when I make contact with them on Steam chat. That way they know I'm giving it to them.

I did look through the FAQ, guess i wasn't looking the the right place. This was my first giveaway, so sorry for my noobishness.

@Lowis; I sent it via steam gifts, not as a game key.

7 days is the limit. if the winner does not claim his prize, then you may request a reroll after.

It says on your account that it's already received. You got the CV for it too.
