if it's a non-bundled game, you'll get the exact amount in the us steam store. nothing more nothing less. as long as its base price won't change obviously.

It counts as full price as long as it has not been bundled.

You get price as on store, but maximum entrance points = 100 (I mean, 2k Anthology is 300$+, if entrance wasn't limited how could anyone enter such giveaways?).

you can ask support to add it back to the list. sometimes if it's close enough to an existing pack, say it only misses some dlc compared to a newer pack, they might agree you to make the giveaway under that pack. but always ask support first to be on the safe side.

Also, out of curosity, what is it?

Games removed from the store give the value they had the day they were removed. Bundle rules apply to them same way as to every other game.
