I'd say go for it. It's a steal at that price. If it does get bundled again it won't be much cheaper than that. And it's a damn amazing game!

I've only seen it bundled 2 times in the last year, so it's safer if you buy it! 90% off is awesome

For me, it's a great game, worth more than the current price. So my tip - go for it. You probably won't regret it.

Unless off course you wanna buy a bundle that you like and you know a trader on SG that has Monaco for trade against one of your games

If you want it now, buy it now while it's still on daily deal sale. Any deal better than 90% is unlikely no matter what, bundles are unpredictable.
