They said it already, but i did it to contribute and help those that dont enter closed groups, and the level 2 is just to avoid some annoying people that dont help the community.
Closed groups is fine, i am just doing this to give to people that dont are on one, since they need a little more chance to win like the people on closed groups, ofthen a giveaway on a closed group have 30~ even less entries, doing this rule i can assure the win rate will be soemthing like that.
But i few bad for those that do whitelists, since i dont know how to deal with that yet since the rule put them as the same group / closed giveaways.

No idea if you can do this with SGTools, but wouldn't the filter be better for this purpose if it was about giveaways won in a group instead of giveaways made?

Closed groups usually have their own rules that ensures users are constantly contributing, so they don't exactly make anyone better off than others, in fact they can get quite expensive to maintain in the long run. But well, it's your choice.
