It is indeed down, seems like the store is too. SteamCommunity was often under maintenance for 10 or so minutes, just around this time, but the store was usually unaffected.

This is one of my biggest issues with steam. I don't mind the occasional downtime, what makes it an issue for me is how the only way to find out about downtime is to pretty much have the forum post up and refreshing nonstop or going to some 3rd party site after the fact. Steam needs some sort of notification system for stuff like downtime that isn't effected by it.

Instead of making a thread about this every time, use Is it down...
