Android app update?

So, for who didn't knew, there is an SteamGifts Android App, but it's pretty ... outdated.
I know this app doesn't get much atention, but there are a lot of users (>50'000 downloads) that use it.

The deal is the last update was on June 2 2012, and the app have some major flaws (comparing to the web version), mostly at the Forum part:

• No comment editing / deleting
• It cannot show full (comment) chains because the text bubbles squeezes too much
• Broken clickys. You cannot just tap a hyperlink and open it in your browser, unless it's in full format (http://www.lalala.com)

Now, could anyone "patch it" or talk to the dev to update it, please? :)
