So guys, what's your favorite cheese? I like anything danish and cheddar.

I'm glad I had breakfast a couple of hours ago, as I just dry heaved...

Out of curiosity, I just had a cursory google, and found this interesting article about home-made head cheese. Some of the pictures are pretty unpleasant, particularly if you're a vegetarian or squeamish about your food.

It's the culinary equivalent of lemonparty.org (for the uninitiated, lemonparty is NOT a site that most people will want to visit, hence no clicky. Very much NSFW...).
