I bought this bundle, so it seems like I can buy this again (as a gift) whenever happy hour is on and I'll get 3 additional bundles for the 1 additional gift I bought? Is that correct? So something like 4 bundles to gift for $1.99 or so?

Yes. If you buy it now (within the first week), and then again at happy hour (tick the gift box option) you will get 4 bundles. :)
But nah, it won't be that cheap. Right now it's $2.49, and in 1 day it will increase to $2.99 most likely.
When happy hour starts the price will increase furthermore (since you can get the additional copies). Probably around $4-5 or so. It varies. But still like $1-2 per bundle / giftlink. So it's way worth it. =)

You can set up email alerts on all possible bundle news on GreenlightUpdates.com (which includes IndieGala happy hour alerts), otherwise you have to be on the lookout yourself. Happy hours tend to last quite a lot of hours (even a full day) though, and one bundle can have several in its lifetime.

Well, from what I remember they always have bundles Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
And at Friday's it's every second Friday there is a "Friday special" bundle, and every other Friday it's one of their "special" bundles. :)

I'm in the same boat. I finished Siren's Call last week so I'm pumped for Davy Jones (not to mention that I own none of the other HOGs in this bundle) but at the same time, I've been spending way more money on bundles than I ought to.

True. I'll reach level 9 this year no matter what (I have half thousand keys left still even if I cut back on bundles a lot), probably will never get to level 10 (I usually get bored of a hobby every 2-3 years), so CV lost all meaning. I honestly don't have to care about it any more.
As for the rerolls… well, I'm patient and still hopeful. I mean, there aren't that many Russians on the site.

I am actually on vacation in a different country, not doing anything against their rules, but there's no way I can prove it. I have no idea if I can inform them somehow and not get in trouble.
The last time I wanted some of the games in the Tokyo Anime bundle and the prices ranged between 99-195 coins, Blue Rose even went for sixty-something (I can't really check right now).
