I did a few minutes ago while I was trying to sell some cards, it was intermittent though, if you return in a couple of mins maybe it's working again

ck this sh - I have just finished the boss fight in Dark Souls for the achievement and did not get it. Gaben always choose perfect timing for downloading pron though steam servers.
