Free Dota 2 keys (unknown region)

So one of my friends on steam gave me a couple dota 2 keys because they wouldn't activate in his region (germany) and apparently they won't activate in mine either (USA) so I figure I can't give them in a giveaway so I'll post them here.

HIDVT-CCQ8W-LJLLE (Not sure if used yet - probably either SE Asia or Australia)
F2ILK-PNQQF-JFCXC (USED- Australia)

If they work for anyone please leave a comment on what country it was.

No, Alienware gave out SEA codes and then this week NA only keys. Playdota gave out keys were region free IIRC.

I tested the first code and I can confirm it's an Australian key. Good luck to whoever redeems it.
