How long does it usually take before they email you the code? I've been waiting for 30 minutes now.

I send the mail to cancel the purchase and do not respond. How long have to go?

Not sure if this is the case, but i'm guessing most people who're getting the request for ID didn't select their real place of residence in the country selection screen, I did do that just now, and got my key with an order confirmation within 5 minutes (it did arrive in my spambox though)

I used my real email, I filled out the form with my real location and used my real paypal account. and It is verified.

I got asked for photo's to be sent, etc.

Does anyone have the email to contact support to get the charge reversed?

EDIT: I opened a dispute with Paypal.

European here. Read about all the people that payed but didn't get a code. But since it's 1,49 euro I thought I would take the risk. Payed with paypal (verified it just for this) and got the email 2 minutes later!

letter came without a key, the key appeared on the site in the "my games" (Imiei giochi)!!!!!!

From Costa Rica here, non-verified Paypal (as I can't verify an account in my country). They asked the usual, ID and photo. I just sent them an e-mail, hoping they'll reconsider and send me the key anyway or refund the money. If they don't answer tomorrow, I'll file a PP dispute.

I'm from Germany, created a italy account, ordered with paypal at 08:00, received the confirmation mail and the mail with the activation key at 08:01 :)
