Yes, I think it's possible for Mark of the Ninja in future bundle, not sure about Deadlight and Insane..planet.

Mark of the Ninja might get into a bundle, Deadlight is less likely, and the others won't because they have GFWL.

I don't think that Microsoft will allow for Mac/Linux ports of those games to be made, so that automatically rules out HIB.
