[Steam] Is there a website or way to see all the games that are region-exclusive?

By that i mean, games are that only available in, let's say, Hong Kong.
For example, IIRC, SAW was available only in US, or at least, it wasn't available in EU.

I am planning to travel a lot in the future, and i am also a game collector.

These are games with hong kong (HK) in the country list. Now, the value of extended_allowpurchasefromrestrictedcountries determines if this country list is a whitelist (1) or blacklist (0). Sadly, SteamDB cannot search multiple keys at once, so u gotta check them manually for this boolean flag.
