:o I don't have the options, I'm using the firefox version, it just says clear cached data when it is supposed to say options there too.

Are you using Firefox? The latest version was from last year and won't be updated. You must use Chrome for the newer features and make sure that the option is turned on in the settings.

Doesn't it simply compare your system info to minimum requirements?

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 ((I presume it's the graphics card))
If you don't have a GPU you won't be able to run it.
Either run dxdiag or download GPU-z and check what graphics card you have.

If you have DX11, and at least 512lmb VRAM, you're okay. All those websites out there are just estimated, it can say you can't run it, but you can. Several websites said I can't even run Hitman Absolution at low. Guess what? I played it at medium with no lags at all.

Yes, on low resolution (720p or lower), low graphics. Don't expect miracles though, the HD 4000 chip was the first that wasn't completely garbage from Intel.

dont bother, its an early access game, so not optimised and you have a v low end system. even on low ud get an unplayable fps

Then your system really needs a reinstall because NV can run comfortably on the much, much, MUCH worse HD 3000: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNFB6BUYKVg

You can always buy the game and refund it before you reach 2 hours of gametime. I think that you can do that without limits as long as you don't abuse it.
