Just Finished Evoland 2 100%

What's your recommendation? Is it good? Do you need to play the first or is it standalone?

Congrats! I started the game like two months ago but haven't actually finished it yet...

I almost 100% TBOI: Afterbirth+, just need a couple daily runs for the last achievement. Then I can move to Evoland 1 and 2 bro.

Well, this kinda made me feel bad for abandoning my playthrough after getting confused/stuck. I don't even know how I managed it honestly. May have to go back and try again. .__.

I'm playing the entire game through on stream and the puzzles make me horribly frustrated, but I love the game nevertheless.
I love the pixel-graphics it has at some points of the game!

But honestly, without my helpful viewers that game would get me raging so hard, especially with the way it doesn't tell you what to do next after you finished a part. You just gotta run through the entire world and talk to everyone to find out how to continue the story xD
And the rules for the puzzles are often so vague that they could be interpreted in far too many different ways for a puzzle noob like me.

(and I took 10 minutes to find out how to use the sword to get out of the first room. on stream)
