Ah, you missed one of the steps along the way. Did you make a blood offering to Lord Gaben? Did you do the sacrifice properly? Even the smallest of deviations to these steps can result in region restriction issues.

This is about the best video I've seen in a long long time. If you're prone to tears, get kleenex ready. It's very positive but also very emotional to see her reactions through the moment she has the box in her hands to the moment she realizes it works for real. A dream made true.
Spoiler of what this video contains, or explanation if you don't fully understand it: A deaf girl gets a caption glasses. Caption glasses show in one of the glasses what words are being told. No more reading lips, no more not knowing what someone she's not watching at is saying. Judging by how she talks, she probably wasn't born deaf, as she articulates pretty well. So somehow she lost hearing and this is a way to take back some of what she lost.

Ugh... I find it repulsive when wild animals are treated this way. They should live their lives as close to their natural state as possible. Not as playthings for our entertainment and profit.
I never liked the idea of zoos (animal prisons), unless it's for rehabilitation purposes or to protect endangered species.

Conservation parks, sanctuaries, reserves and Biodiversity parks are far richer in terms of experience and ethics.
Zoos feel very gross to me, I've only gone a couple of times as a kid. It always felt so heartless how the families come in with snacks and stuff to make merry, tease animals. While the animal itself has a tired, sad look on their face.

Most of what's called "Zoos" nowadays are really scientific facilities at the forefront of conservationist efforts that ultimate goal is the protection and rehabilitation of endangered species. They rely on a strong network of scientific researchers who communicate about genetic diversity in an attempt at successful breeding programs and animal reintroduction into the wild.
They also try to educate the public but mostly they need funds. If people are buying hippopaintings and it's not harming the animals, it's fine, even though it seems a bit silly.
I do get what you mean though. I have traumatic memories of visiting one of the old time "zoos" as a child and seeing a majestic grizzly bear pace maniacally back and forth in his 10 sqm cage. And when I say majestic, I mean huge. He was partly bald from the stress and rubbing against the bars. Just thinking about it makes me angry all over again.
Thankfully places like these don't exist any more in most countries.
