You're probably not as bad as you think you are. Regret is the first step to improving yourself - if you can admit your wrongs, with some effort you can also make things right and avoid doing wrongs again in the future.
Regardless, I'm sure you're a good guy/girl deep down, don't put yourself down like that! :D

I've noticed a rising amount of negative posts and threads lately on SG. From sad and gloomy topics to rants and angry posts, it just makes me feel slightly depressed.
