Yep another Petition for Dark Souls not to use Games for Windows Live

Dark Souls was confirmed to be on pc with tons of extra stuff and to be release this August 24, 2012. But it will use GFWL of which everybody hates.

So here's the Petition

It's to remove it. I just love the insanity going on in the industry at the moment.
Between the gamers demands for Dark Souls and the things EA has been doing in the past few days.

We have a long way to go as an industry. Both the developers and us.

Matchamaking, chat and general issue (unable to play the game, etc). GFWL is a poor port of Xbox Interface: it works great on console, not on pc.

The system is not working very well. I have had couple GFWL games and with every one of them, GFWL has had problems. One being that the program itself keeps crashing at steady rate. It simply is not good nor required. I would seriously consider skipping this just because of GFWL as multiplayer part is quite major part in the game.

same problem, GFWL just wouldn't log in on section 8, meaning i cant go online or save my progress.

Its also causing me grief with Gotham city impostors. The only way i can play online is by joining a party with one of my mates.

Well its on Street Fighter IV i haven't had a problem with it. Other than the excess new challegers coming in wave after wave, but what i did to deal with that is disable it in my settings. So i guess Im fine with GFWL.

I did play it online i dont care who im matched with really. If i take a beating ok, but if I win thats another ok. When you think about it someone is always going to lose and complain the match making suck. So i assume what people want is the option to choose their opponent in those situations?
