Hi my fellow Steamgfifts users!
I just signed on today and noticed that someone that won one of my giveaways has now taken the liberty of marking their gift as unreceived! I'm not entirely sure what to do - because they have claimed the game already [I'm willing to provide proof] and did mark it as received for some weeks up until today. I removed the user from my friend's list yesterday as well [He couldn't speak English from what I remember] when I was doing my list clean-out. So I'm currently unable to contact him.
Is there anything I can do about this or the mods / admin[s] can do about it?

Ah cheers - I pretty much never look at anything other than the main page of Steamgifts, so I wasn't aware there was a support section. And I'd read over the FAQ before, this wasn't specifically covered as far as I remember. Sorry for the 'spam'! Thanks for the help though guys!
