I gifted gish not seeing that this bundle was part of the bundle thing. I see that there is a rule against it. To be fair this bundle is not like the others due to the fact that people have to pay over 5 dollars to get this game. I want to ride my key page so I added it to free gifts. I do understand the need for the rule when people are paying 1 penny for a game but I am not a Lamer who scams charities . I pay over 15 dollars for every bundle and this time I bought 3 bundles for my friends giving over 75$ more then prior. I apologize but I do think this rule doesn't really need to be in effect anymore seeing as the humble people have figured out how to not reward cheap gamers from here on out. But that's just my humble opinion.

no, because the paying more than average only applies to those who buy the bundle after the bonus games have been released. if you paid $0.01 when the bundle went up then you'd still get everything

Yes you would. As long as you buy the bundle when it first comes out, you'll get all the upcoming games added no matter how much you pay.

i paid $1.00 for this current bundle and got isaac & blocks that matter. and it's been like that for all previous bundles that've featured the average price bonuses

I stand corrected, and honestly, you should be ashamed man. but it says you have to pay over average now. It's for charity.

$1 isn't bad when you think you're only paying for an alpha release of a single game.

at least you didn't pay a penny. so I can't fault you there but only over 5 dollars gives them money.

in essence your screwing over the little guy, but it's part of the trial, it's like a survey on the honesty of gamers.

You are not screwing over anyone. It's their choice to apply or accept the participation in the bundle, and they know what they are going into. Plus, from what I know, all of the bundles so far were profitable.
The only way you are screwing someone off of their money would be if you bought it for a small amount of money and then used HB's servers to download the games - and even then it's debatable, I assume they have enough traffic, being a proper business and all.

You don't have to pay over the average for Gish. Any $0.01 lamer can gift it, hence the flood.

who cares because it doesn't matter if he already had a current copy of the game he could give it to a friend anyways he is sharing with the community but if its against the rules why isn't it disabled? just joined and learning the ins and outs so forgive me if i sound harsh but if its disabled then it would stop all confusion am i right?

Because you can still buy Gish from Steam and gift that - although I do agree that it should be disabled for at least a week since it's now part of the bundle.

I didn't know there was a rule against gifting this. Guess I have to read them again - maybe their should be a popup on the create site for this. I'm an infrequent visitor of the forums and I read the rules when I joined. I could swear such a rule didn't exist back then but anyway - it's too late now.
Hopefully whoever wins my Gish copy can enjoy it all the same.

I think there is also a rule in the TOS for Humble Indie Bundle and Indie Royale Bundles stating that sharing keys is not acceptable; meaning a key from a bundle should not be separated from the one user of that bundle.

This is all hearsay and second hand information because I didn't bother reading it myself.
