SG roles?

So, I was looking at the SG roles when I realized there was a role above member called bundler. Looking at the permissions, I'm assuming this is a role for people to help set bundle prices and CV values, since that's the only addition they get apart from staff only discussions. However, I've never seen a single bundler around SG. Are they inactive, or simply good at hiding? Do they even exist anymore? Have you ever seen one?
