Assassin's Creed games region locked?

I'm thinking about buying AC Complete Pack this summer sale and I have a friend who can buy it from Russian Steam Store. So I'd like to know if any of the AC games have region lock. Thanks in advance.

The franchise pack isn't locked atm, but that can change in the future, check at the time you buy and activate immediately
